The tenant would receive an email with a link to access Homeppl's wizard, where they would fill out their personal information and upload documents such as their passport, bank statements, and other relevant documents. This information would then be passed on to our internal systems, where a member of the operations team would validate it and highlight any discrepancies. The validated information would be sent back to the agent, who would decide whether the tenant is eligible to rent the property.
